Toes talking about potato chips?!Jan 16, 2008
By Book reading Mom We purchased this game for our first grade daughter as a Christmas. It is now the middle of January, and with one or two exceptions, we have played this every night. In order to win each person must read the card and follow the directions exactly. Instructions range from naming 8 different ice cream flavors to "walk around on all fours meowing like a cat and rub against the furniture". My daughters favorite was taking her shoes and socks off and making her toes- named Earl and Gus according to the game- talk about potato chips until the timer ran out. Be careful you don't get a Mr. Sourpuss card. You may have to smell the INSIDE of your shoe (move back 4 spaces if you only smell the outside) or have to smell the person to your left's armpit and declare "MMM, smells like cookies". FUN and laughter for the whole family of all ages! The only complaint is you run out of cards after several games, and you have to repeat the actions. We have ordered more, and really, that only bothers adults. Young children will do the same cards over and over and still enjoy it!

Quick Fun to Get them GigglingOct 02, 2010
By C. Cattron This has become our 8 and 5 year old's most requested game, and we don't mind granting the request. It is a relatively fast game. There is no real strategy, however the silly antics the cards request get the kids giggling endlessly. We often keep a video camera at the table when we play. I agree, we need more cards (mainly for the adults, the kids love replaying them again and again). This is a great game for not just game night, but every night.

Giggles galoreNov 01, 2011

This is a great game. It's not anything you can win by merit - it's just about following the directions and being fearlessly goofy. My kids (7 and under) love to be silly, and to see their parents being silly is even more fun sometimes! The only problem is that my kids can't read the well enough to play a whole game, so we end up doing the reading for them. But we love to see them enjoying themselves, and the giggles are great!
Sooo fun!Mar 04, 2011
By sunmtngirl Our kids love this game!! It is their new fave. It takes you out of your comfort zone while making you giggle, it is awesome! Our kids are 5 & 7, so we have to read them the cards, but they don't mind a bit.
Flapdoodle isn't quite what I thought it was.Jan 04, 2011

I think it would be okay to play with friends that don't mind being silly and doing silly things. My family didn't care for the game. I think it would be fun to play at a party with teens or soon to be teens.
